Is financing available?

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping truly discreet?

Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no logos or product descriptions. Billing appears as "Online Retail LLC" on your statement.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2-3 weeks, then shipping takes 1-2 weeks (USA/Canada) or 2-3 weeks (International). Total time: 3-6 weeks from order.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, a signature is required for age verification (18+/21+). We'll provide tracking so you can schedule delivery.

What's the difference between silicone and TPE?
