1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MySiliconeLux website (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by MySiliconeLux Inc. ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

• Custom dolls are made-to-order and require 4-6 weeks production time
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Orders may be cancelled due to: pricing errors, product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful order placement

4.2 Payment

• Accepted Methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency (select products)
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed at time of order
• Currency: All transactions in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
• Security: Payment information is encrypted and processed via PCI-compliant gateways
• Billing Descriptor: Charges appear as "MSL Distribution" on statements for discretion

4.3 Custom Orders

• Custom dolls require full payment upfront
• Production begins after payment confirmation
• Custom orders are non-refundable (see Section 6)
• You will receive progress updates and final approval before shipping

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping: 5-10 business days (Standard), 3-5 business days (Express)
• International Shipping: 10-20 business days
• Custom Orders: 4-6 weeks production + shipping time
• Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

5.2 Discreet Packaging

• All orders ship in unmarked boxes with no branding
• Sender listed as "MSL Distribution"
• No external indication of contents
• Privacy guaranteed

5.3 Delivery

• Signature may be required for high-value orders
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping address
• We are not liable for delays caused by carrier or customs
• Unclaimed or refused packages will be returned; return shipping fees apply

5.4 International Orders

• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Declared value is the actual purchase price
• Some countries restrict import of adult products; buyer assumes all responsibility

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy - Stock Items

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery
• Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories
• Process: Contact support to initiate return authorization
• Refund: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective

6.2 Custom Orders - Non-Refundable

Custom and made-to-order dolls are final sale and non-refundable.

• You will receive preview/approval before production completion
• Refunds available only if final product significantly differs from approved design
• Minor variations inherent to handcrafted products are not grounds for refund

6.3 Damaged or Defective Products

• Report Within: 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Resolution: Replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion
• Shipping Damage: Covered by our shipping insurance
• Manufacturing Defects: Covered under 1-year warranty

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Custom or personalized dolls
• Opened intimate accessories
• Lubricants, cleaning products, or consumables
• Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

7. Warranty & Liability

7.1 Product Warranty

• Coverage: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Repairs: Free repair or replacement for defects during warranty period
• Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs
• Claim Process: Contact support with proof of purchase and photos

7.2 Disclaimer

Products are sold "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranties beyond those stated in Section 7.1.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
